Helped a friend set up 10 gigabit internet at his business, using the same ThinkCentre Tiny + OpenWRT setup I use at home

The one downside to using these Lenovo ThinkCentre Tiny machines is the PCIe slot is only x8, so when routing between the two ports in your NIC you're limited to a total of 10 Gbps throughput, and can't do it full duplex (nothing we'll ever actually run into in real life usage)
