This was made from necessity for a project I was working on.
It is provided "AS IS". I will not make any changes or modifications.
It allows you to "Dump" the contents of 'PICT' files into a human
readable form. I needed it to decipher PICT Comments. I hope it helps
you. There used to be a utility called PICTDetective. If I could have
found it, I wound not have created this.
Run the application, choose a PICT file, and wait. It will dump the file
to the screen and to FILENAME.dump. The dump file will be of type text.
