Freeware. External for 4th Dimension.
Allows you to obtain and change the:
- speaker volume,
- monitor type and colour depth and
- Balloon Help state
- state of screensavers
- Restart, Shutdown and empty trash
from within a 4th Dimension data-base.
Now provides better Sound Manager 3 support. And fixes a
rare error with the Balloon help functions.
