Subject: Tiny Cipher 1.4.1
Please find attached a BinHex archive of Tiny Cipher 1.4.1. This
is a bug fix upgrade to Tiny Cipher 1.4 which removes the dependency
on the NavigationLib shared library used with the new Navigation
Services. It completely supercedes version 1.4
