R.A.D. Productions releases FinderEye.
15 January 2002 - R.A.D. Productions today released its new product
FinderEye. FinderEye is a MacOS X Contextual Menu Plugin. It adds to the
Finder's system wide contextual menu a number of must have commands. These
commands put at your fingertips the ability to
copy the path of the current file or folder to the clipboard
open the currently selected folder in a new window
lock and unlock the current file
open the current file or folder with another application
change the creator and type of a file to that of a template file.
And these are just those commands available in version 1.0. New
functionality will be added with each new revision of the application.
FinderEye is shareware. Using the built-in registration program you can pay
the low $14.95 shareware fee and support the continued development of
FinderEye and be eligible for free upgrades in the future. Since FinderEye
also comes with a built in means to install upgrades, you won't even have to
watch a web site to know when new versions are available.
FinderEye is available for immediate download from the R.A.D. Productions
web site at http://www.radproductions.NET/. You can also get it through
standard Mac file archives, including the InfoMac archives, Download.com,
and Version Tracker.
R.A.D Productions is a MacOS-first software development company.
