Subject: Conquest of the New World demo
Lead your people to glory in Conquest of the New World! You are the head of
the most important expedition your mother country may ever attempt -- the
colonization of the unknown lands in the New World. Explore the lands, name
the mountains and rivers after yourself, make peace with Indian tribes (or
war with them), and compete with other Old World countries' colonists in the
struggle to master the new continent!
This demo version of Conquest of the New World lets you play the "Tutorial"
and "Island" scenarios, including network games. You need a Power Macintosh
computer with 7600K free memory and a 13" or larger monitor. This version
of the demo is 4.8MB. A 17.7MB version is also available at MacPlay's WWW
site (http://www.macplay.com/) which includes more sound effects and the
intro movie.
