Terrain Converter is a utility that converts WaterRace Terrain Builder
terrain files to Infinity MetaFile format, the new file format supported by
all French Touch tools. The Infinity MetaFile format brings many new
improvements over the old terrain file format including optimized data
organization and compressed textures.
Terrain Converter can understand terrain files from version 1.0.3 to 1.1.7.

To be able to use Terrain Converter, you need:
