BR mailto ftp is a Helper application for Netscape or Internet Config 1.2
which allows users with no POP-mail access to use Bulkrate instead.
Whenever you click on an URL which contains a mail address the helper will
open bulkrate and creates a new mail form with the address from the URL in
the "To" field.
You need Applescript 1.1 and the following OSAX:
choose file [Apple], File Commands [Apple], scriptable Finder [Apple]
and the ICScriptor 1.0b1 Written by Leonard Rosenthol to control Internet
