Subject: Cyrillic Keyboard Drivers
This is a set of Cyrillic Keyboard drivers I have written for English
Speakers.
There are 13 original keyboards I have written that have phonetic and
standard Russian keyboard layouts for all five standard Cyrillic
encodings, including KOI-8, ISO 8859-5, Windows CP-1251, Mac Encoding
(CP10007), and DOS CP-866. There are three additional keyboards that
allow for modified ASCII charts used on windows platforms in Central
Asia (Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.)

From what I have seen this is the ONLY package for Mac that covers all
these encodings, I am positive it is the only free one.
