This is the area where you type your note text.

Hint: To turn on spell checking, hold down "ctrl", click in the field, select "Spelling" and "Check spelling as you type".
Clicking this icon creates a new page at the end of the note pad.

Hint: If you drop text onto this icon, it will create a new page containing that text.
Clicking the trash can icon deletes the open page.
Under the gear you can find more features, such as Undo, Save, Save As and Print.
Clicking the magnifying glass icon lets you search through your notes.
Navigate between pages here - use the left and right arrows to go to the previous and next pages.

Click on the number to jump to a certain page.
By dragging your cursor here, you can resize the note pad.

On the back side of the widget, you can change the text font and size, as well as lock the widget from prying eyes.
