Boring life story
The worst question to ask me is, "where are you from?", since the answer is so complicated. I was born in Linköping, Sweden. When I was 4 months old, we moved to Pennsylvania, USA, and after a few years to California. When I was 9, we moved to southern Sweden. When I started college, I moved to Lund, then my parents moved to Australia. Now I'm in the process of moving to Malmö. So I'm part american, part stockholmare and part skåning. Nobody can place me.
Tech history
I'm a huge nerd, and I've been a Mac user since birth. Not a big fan of the iPod or iPhone though. (Sony Ericsson user here). I'm that asshole who lives in Sweden and has a 100/100 Mbit internet connection for essentially free with an ISP who doesn't care that I upload 10 TB/mo (running a community image host).
I've been programming since like 7 years (GOGO HyperCard), eventually writing XCMDs in C and then moving on to REALBasic and eventually blossiming into real languages (experience in Java, C# ASP.NET, PHP, JavaScript and less so in C/C++, Haskell and Python).
In 2006 Phill Ryu discovered me when we worked on a widget, the relationship eventually bringing me into MacHeist where I am still involved.
Other work includes summer jobs doing intranet development for Ericsson and Sony Ericsson.
